Patient portal

The patient portal is a platform designed to give you privileged access to your secure medical records. Here you will find your personal information, invoices, forms, blood test results, and medical imaging results.

We use two EMR software programs: MEDESYNC and CLINICMASTER. Below are the steps to access your accounts and better understand how they work.

TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS

When you log in for the first time, you will receive an email containing your username and a temporary password. If you have not received an email to log in, check your spam folder.

Click on the link to access the platform.
For MEDESYNC: https://patient.medesync.com
For CLINICMASTER: https://cliniquecmiecp.clinicmaster.com

Enter your username, which is your email address.

Enter the temporary password. PLEASE NOTE: you must enter the password manually, as copy and paste does not work.
When you click on “login,” you will be asked to select another password, according to the instructions provided by the platform.

Congratulations, you now have access to your patient portal!

TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ON THE PORTAL (MEDESYNC & CLINICMASTER)

If you want to change your password and you are logged into your portal, you must select the Personal Information tab with your mouse to make the change.

Please note that if you forget your password, you must request a reset either by email at info@clinique-cmie.com or by phone at 450-332-2430 to have it reset.

TO OPEN A FORM (MEDESYNC)

To open a form, click on the Forms tab on the left side of the screen. There you will find the forms added by the team to your portal. Click on the icon to the right of the professional’s name to open the form.

TO ACCESS YOUR RESULTS (MEDESYNC)

To access your results, you must select the inbox located at the top right of the page. If you notice that any information in your file is inaccurate, you can make the change yourself via your patient portal or contact us to let us know. We remain available to answer any questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
