We would like to inform you of an important change in our appointment cancellation policies at CMIE Private Medical Clinic.
Effective March 11, 2024, our appointment cancellation policy will be updated as follows: all appointments must be cancelled at least 48 business hours in advance. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
The purpose of this update is to optimize the management of our schedules in order to offer a more efficient service to all our customers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we ask you to respect this new policy in order to minimize inconvenience to all.
