Patient portal

The patient portal is a platform that aims to provide you with privileged access to your secure medical record at CMIE. You will find your personal information, fees to be paid, forms and your results.

We use two EMR software programs: MEDESYNC and CLINICMASTER.
Below are instructions on how to access your accounts and better understand how they work.

TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS

For your first connection, you will need a temporary password. This will be sent to you by the CMIE after your file has been opened. If you did not receive an email, check your junk folders, it may have slipped in there.

You will receive an email containing your username and a temporary password.

For MEDESYNC, click on the link to access the platform: https://patient.medesync.com

For CLINICMASTER, click on the link to access the platform: https://cliniquecmiecp.clinicmaster.com

In the “Username” box, enter your email address.

In the “Password” box, enter the temporary password received by email.

Please note that you must enter each letter and number by hand since copy and paste does not work for the password. Please note that if you do not remember your password, you can contact us by email at: info@clinique-cmie.com or by phone at 450-332-2430. We will be able to send you a temporary password to access your patient platform.

By clicking on login, you will be able to change your password.

Congratulations! You now have access to your portal.

TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ON THE PORTAL (MEDESYNC & CLINICMASTER)

If you wish to change your password and you are in the patient portal, you must select the personal information tab and you will be able to make the change.

Please note that if you do not remember your password, you can contact us by email at: info@clinique-cmie.com or by phone at 450-332-2430. We will be able to send you a temporary password to access your patient platform.

TO OPEN A FORM (MEDESYNC)

To open a form, press the tab on the left called Form. Here you will find the forms added to your portal. You can open them by clicking on the icon located to the right of the professional’s name.

TO ACCESS YOUR RESULTS (MEDESYNC)

To access your results, you must go to your inbox at the top right of the page.

If you notice that any information is not accurate in your file, you can make the change from your patient portal or you can contact us to inform us.
