Are you interested in the CMIE metabolic medicine clinic?

To register for the metabolic medicine clinic, simply fill out the registration form below. Once you have submitted your form, the metabolic health team will review it. When this process completed, you will be officially registered on Dr. Èvelyne Bourdua-Roy’s waiting list and, in the weeks that follow, you will receive one or more requests for blood tests or other tests to be done before your medical consultation, if required.

Metabolic Health Clinic Pricing
A registration fee of $25 plus tax, as well as an annual membership fee of $175, will be charged when your file is processed. The first appointment costs $600. If follow-up is necessary (a decision made jointly between you and the physician), adjustment appointments cost $300 with a nurse clinician or $400 with the physician. These costs are not reimbursed by the RAMQ.
